Hack Squat/Dead Lift/Shrug

The HOIST® Hack Squat/Dead Lift/Shrug offers three exercise variations in just one machine! This unique machine, with innovative ROX™ technology, naturally mimics the motion of a traditional hack squat while offering a more supportive environment. The adjustable back and seat pad help to maintain a neutral spine during the exercise movement, resulting in less stress to the back muscles. The seat also provides proper alignment and support at the beginning and end of the exercise, dropping away during the exercise movement. An oversized foot plate allows for multiple foot positions to ensure correct biomechanics for all sized users during the exercise.

For dead lift and shrug exercises, the angled foot plate provides a stable foundation, especially for those with limited/tight calf muscles. The compound exercise movement brings the weight back to draw the shoulders back and sets the scapula to a stable, finished exercise. Self-aligning hand grips adjust to accommodate varying shoulder widths while providing proper positioning for both the dead lift and shrug exercises.

Generous built-in weight storage make it easy for work out enthusiasts to quickly add plates to the machine, while keeping your gym or workout facility tidy and saving space.
