At HOIST Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our premium strength training equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in the original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.
Ship to HOIST
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger strength systems.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
