HOIST® CF-3401 Leg Extension Designed for targeted leg training, the HOIST® CF-3401 is a plate-loaded machine with independent movement arms for true isolateral training. It supports both unilateral (single-leg) and bilateral (dual-leg) exercises, making it effective for building strength, addressing imbalances, or supporting rehabilitation. The self-aligning roller pad adjusts automatically to the user’s leg position, and the ratcheting back pad offers easy seat adjustment. The design also includes integrated ergonomic hand grips for user comfort.
